:Instructional Designer job Description:1. Review lecture scripts, write and rewrite content wherever necessary to simplify it, or make it more age appropriate2. Visualize, storyboard, write effective copy and instructional text3. Bridge the creative gap between a subject matter expert and an animator to smoothen the visualization process for an easier transition of script from writing to the development phase4. Work on projects with SMEs and animators to enhance the Extra marks product and help create a superior learning experience for the student5. Identify and fortify gaps in story script flow and progression in developed scripts, propping them up to add a fun, compelling, and interactive edge to each piece6. Explore and research NEP, new pedagogies, and user-learning experiences that can be integrated into various learning methodologiesRequirement:1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any stream. A certificate or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is required. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.2. Strong written and verbal communication skills3. Strategic and creative mindset, robust eye for design and visualization4.
