Instructional Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Interact and Gather information from the SME.
Select, modify, or create a design and development model appropriate for a given project.
Suggest instructional enhancements to the content assets so that the learning experience is superior.
Identify the gaps in the content and fill them.
Check if all the content assets follow the instructional guidelines.
Do a thorough language review.
Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.
Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
Create Level 2 and Level 3 e-Learning storyboards
Create Gamified e-Learning storyboards
Interact with developers to explain the functionality and ensure that it is done per instructions.
Interact with the client to understand requirements and implement them.
Ensure quality guidelines are followed.
