We are looking for a Regional Institutional Manager, Corporates (individual contribution role) who can sell our products as gifting range into Corporates. COMPETENCIES 5-8 Years of relevant experience in selling gifting range products to Corporates Demonstrated success in sales conversion starting from lead generation to sales closure of large gifting orders. Adept in relationship management with key stakeholders in Corporates ensuring high service levels and TATs Networking ability and leveraging the same in quick sales closures Experienced in handling corporate activation programs at Scale during key calendar days/ events and months. Has experience of handling Institutional distributors and has managed team of Sales officers. Candidates with prior experience of working with Institutional sales channel and selling Gifting range. Duties And Responsibilities Drive Institutional Sales in Corporates through Product demos and concept selling. Manage high Customer satisfaction by providing great service responsiveness and TAT. Reporting of lead generation and status of deal closures Appoint and manage distributors of corporate sales/ Caterers Manage team of Sales officers across the region over time as business scales up. Location : Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi
