Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for someone with less than 1 year of experience in inside sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com)
• Proficient in cold calling and lead generation

• Conduct cold calls to potential prospects and introduce our services
• Identify and qualify leads to create a pipeline of sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Use CRM software (Salesforce.com) to manage leads and sales activities
• Participate in trade shows to generate leads and promote our services
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities
