Understanding and comprehend customer needs, queries and requirement and respond accordingly. 3. Experience in working in CRM. 4. Prepare Quotation in CRM. 5. Maintain files and Documentation. 6. Follow up with customer for payment. 7. Ensure timely Respond and Update to customer. 8. Updating, Maintaining & Keeping track of the payment status of the invoices.
