We are seeking a passionate and talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be mainly responsible for lead generation. Responsibilities: Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Build relationships with prospective clients Manage sales pipeline, conversions, sales quality and retention Analyze market and establish competitive advantages Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Qualifications: Experience in lead generation and setting up meetings with prospective clients. Bachelor\'s degree or MBA degree with minimum 2-3-year exp in sales industry Strong negotiation skills. Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms. CRM experience is preferred. Ready to work under pressure.
