Job Overview

Logical Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify target industries and companies for lead generation
• Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to engage with prospects and promote our products and services
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, strategies, and best practices
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions

Educational Qualification : Engineering Graduate with 6 months to 1 year experience in inside sales
