Job Responsibilities:Manage the administrative aspects of assisting in the development of a pipeline of new business development opportunitiesCreating and maintaining a database of current and potential customersBuilding a sales funnel generating leads via calling, emailing and other lead generation activitiesHandling incoming queries and building good client relationshipsCoordinate corporate events, in-house seminars and trade shows, advertising activities and sales campaignsAssist the Business Development team in all administrative and back end tasks, daily office duties such as filing, mailing, phone calls, copying, appointments and interviews etc..Close sales and achieve all the targets/ goals assigned each quarter based on the company and departmental targets to enable over achievement of the sales targets.Assist in preparation of brochures and online material; update newsletter and content on Company website and social mediaSkills Required:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field6+ years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software ( Salesforce, Hubspot)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Strong sales skills and ability to achieve targets within deadlinesImmediate joiners are preferred.
