The GTM team works closely with sales team in generating new opportunities and winning new business in fiercely competitive markets. This team is chart ered with defining the customer acquisition strategy and plan for the year in collaboration with the sales teams and lead key sales support activities like demand generation, campaign management and proactive go to market etc. Roles and Responsibil ities: # Account research and Database creation # Generate Quality meetings in the UK, IR & Europe market # Prospecting and researching via multi-channels Emails, Cold calls, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. along with supporting industry events # Prepare CX O Level Business Pitches and Propositions # Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understanding customer needs and requirements # Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales ex ecutives for further development and closure Market Research & Stakeholder mapping # Understand the key decision makers in the customer organization # executive sponsor, technical buyers, economic buyers and influencers to create a stakeholder mappin g and communication plan for short-listed solutions and Competence building # Regularly update this knowledge base and feed to the GTM engine within demand generation team and as well the sales teams globally Must Haves: # 2-5 years of minimum expe rience in International Sales Inside Sales Business Development in IT services industry # Excellent verbal and written communications skills email etiquettes is a must. # Should be comfortable in Microsoft product suite like MS Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint # Exposure to cold calling & a solid understanding of sales cycle will be a value add # Understanding of technology selling # Proactive and aggressive qualification of new opportunities Extensive knowledge about sales cadence.
