Flinto is currently looking for Sales Ninjas aka Business Development Managers who are highly ambitious and skilled in order to sell Flinto products with its customer / lead base.
BDM's will utilise their potential to generate high-quality leads, build a strong relationship with potential customers and close deals. If you are able to deliver high performance where one requires it to make it large, take responsibility and challenge themselves continuously, you will be rewarded with quick and frequent promotions from BDM to Team Lead to
Director to AVP in a span of 2-4 months.Role Details -
Scope - Exceed weekly targets for sales in an Individual contributor role. (Great opportunity to get rewarded and recognized in a fast-paced work environment)
Work Location - Remote Online Work, the candidate can be based anywhere in India
Working Days - 6 working days with Alternate Saturday & Sunday week off ( 2nd & 4th Sat)
Shift time: 09:30 am-8pm. (Expect extended working hours too)
Language Fluency - English and Hindi. Additional regional language would be a plus
Laptop - Should own a personal laptop with minimum of 4 GB Ram
Wifi - Should own a minimum Speed of 20 Mbps
Targets- We have weekly Sales Targets hence expect aggressive performance-based work culture
Additional Compensation and Variable - Weekly incentives rewarded based on performance.Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Should have at least 6months - 1Year Inside Sales (Tele sales) work experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets in previous experience.
  • Should be highly motivated and enthusiastic with good Interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to counsel a parent for their child's future.
  • Strong ownership with a 24x7 mentality.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum of 1 week notice period will be preferred
