Generating leads in various applications and segments for the Sales team to process Lead generation from various platforms, and finding the right companies and contacts within targeted segments Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement Organize events, training, webinars, etc. to promote our software and generate prospects Prepare lead generation reports and analysis and suggest improvements Communicate customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products Requirements Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, sales, business, or related field Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office In-depth understanding of business-to-business sales and lead generation through marketing activities Ability to organize marketing, training, webinars, and sales-oriented events Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer interfacing skills Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed Strong analytical and organizational skills
