Job Description

Minimum Requirements
? At least 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales.
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or
related field.
? Accredited inside sales manager (AISM) and Certified inside sales professional (CISP)
accreditations are advantageous.
? Record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with both inside & outside sales,
including lead generation & outbound prospecting.
? Hands-on experience with tools used for lead generation.
? Ability to adapt to time zones based on the geography focus.
? Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
? Strong organisation and self-management ability.
? Curious and problem-solving mindset.
? Growth and learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities
? Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.
? Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold email
campaigns.
? Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive
quality leads to pursue.
? Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
? Preparing accurate sales forecasts and evaluating targets achieved, to assist the
company in making sound business decisions.
