Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they match our target audience. 4. Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and social media to establish initial contact and build rapport. 5. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads. 6. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in our CRM system. 7. Assist in creating and maintaining lead generation reports and metrics. 8. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies. Qualifications: Candidate residing in Delhi NCR. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Highly motivated and eager to learn. Tech-savvy with knowledge of programming languages and IT terminology. Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for the IT software industry and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
