Job Description


We are looking for a ISR(Tata Business Hub) Inside Sales Representative for Tata Nexarc, who would: Individual role Generate new leads through cold calling and referrals. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and explain the benefits of our business loan products. Probe customer on his requirement, eligibility parameters and documents availability like KYC, financial statements, and property ownership proofs Assist the customer to complete the loan process online. Collect additional documents wherever required. Follow up on leads and convert them into actual sales. Understand customer requirements/feedbacks/problems and suggest process/system improvements. Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. Keep up-to-date with market trends and developments in the business loan industry Meet and exceed sales targets and metrics on a consistent basis. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Salary: Option 1: Upto 20K p.m. + upto 20K incentives Option 2: Upto 35K p.m. + upto 10K incentives Exp.
