For Inside Sales/Educational Counsellor (Female), Requirements: Position: Inside Sales/ Educational Counsellor/ Academic Counsellor Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 Any UG Degree in the stream of CSE, IT & Electronics. MBA Fresher with Marketing Stream also can apply. Experience: Fresher & Experienced Interested for Sales. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect for new clients by contacting companies on a daily basis through the use of cold-calling, email prospecting, and social prospecting.
- Selling different products and services to corporate and business houses through calling and mails.
- Follow-up the prospects by email and telephone to understand and qualify opportunities as per approved process.
- Responsible to generate and qualify new sales opportunities/leads over the phone and via email and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline.
- Generate revenue through prospecting potential clients; identify needs and develop ad sales solutions.
- Track record of generating leads through inside sales.
- Set and run appointments and create customized presentations to generate new business.
- Resolves customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain client relationships by fulfilling their advertising needs.
- Develop & implement effective marketing plans targeted to your clients.
- Preparing & Developing B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. Thesis Report Documentation.
- Writing 70% of the quality content of all end-user project manuals for more than 5 projects.
- Removing duplicate content information, with 100% Unique and editing content for relevancy of projects using various tools.
- Writing the projects technically to develop a higher level of understanding about a topic that is clear and user friendly.
- Expert-level English writing and communication skills
- Detail-oriented perfectionist mind-set
- Ability to write to a technical audience
- Ability to translate complex technical problems and solutions for a non-technical audience
- Proven technical writing and editing skills
- Superior command of the English language including rules and usage
- Working with Engineering to produce high-quality documentation, including technical overview, installation, configuration, operation and maintenance guides, end-user manuals and computer-based training systems
- Managing documentation projects proactively, by creating documentation, tracking and reporting documentation status
- Prepare and assist with preparation, coordination, copyediting, and proofing of large and small proposals.
