• Researching and developing content for the company website, blogs, articles, case studies, press releases, product descriptions and social media.
• Also, prepare documents like Quick reference guide, Release Note Brief, Release Note Detail, User Manuals, Training Manual, Web Help, Installation Guide, Implementation Guide, FAQ, and Videos for our end users and internal team.
• Understand the current marketing trends and develop content that helps to generate organic sales leads and improve our market presence.
• Understand the product and accordingly prepare the content for technical/non-technical team and end users.
• You will have to research and interview Lead Developer to get information on different builds to prepare release note and other documents.
• Efficiently outline and organize material to transform into structured user-friendly language and interface.
• Learn the required Software Tools to prepare documents and generate required reports.

B.Required Skills (must have)

• Should possess excellent writing skills. Ability to peer review technical/non-technical documents for grammar, content and style of writing.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
• Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple target markets.
• Should have high ability to work under tight time frames.
• Must be a team player and well-mannered.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
