JD for Business Development Executive Position : Prospecting for New Clients / Lead Generation Direct Communication with clients VIA Email/ Phone Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information. Conduct follow-up on generated leads Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers. Compiling and analyzing data to find trends. Developing sales strategies and setting quotas. Staying current on company offerings and industry trends. Coordinate with Technical / Purchase team Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Search for new prospects from Websites, Business Portals, Business Groups Use Social Media like LinkedIn etc. for new leads. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
