Duties :
-
Handling clients, regular follow-ups of the clients. -
Maintaining healthy relations with the client. -
Communicating with existing clients on calls & fixing appointments. -
Making welcome calls to the clients in order to impart all the relevant information related to them. -
Understanding the customer\'s interest while sharing their feedback. -
Issuance of Welcome Letters, Demand Letters. -
Handling the couriers and maintaining the files and the registers. -
Strong communication skills. -
Female candidates Preferred.
