: JOB SUMMARY On the Disney+ Hotstar self-serve portal, advertisers and agencies can sign up on the portal and complete the entire ad setup journey on their own with no intervention required from our side. The steps to be completed by the advertiser/agency include 1. Sign up 2. Onboarding and Profile Completion (including KYC and document submission) 3. Wallet Recharge 4. Campaign Set up 5. Creative Check 6. Reporting During the journey of this ad setup, the user may need to get nudged or need help moving forward. Also, the agency inside sales must be able to address and help the agency with the basic planning of media campaigns on the Asia Cup and World Cup ABOUT THE TEAM Disney+ Hotstar is challenging the old media buying practices by altering the digital advertising landscape completely. The Agency Ad sales team works closely with the media agencies to solve their marketing goals through custom solutions on Disney+ Hotstar. Our team provides solutions across the vast landscape of the digital ads ecosystem, which work for the agencies and also help secure ad revenues for Disney+ Hotstar as a platform. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Call each advertiser/agency who has signed up on the portal but have not executed the campaign Help the user complete the journey on the platform by explaining about the D+H offering and features of the platform Have a sales-centric mindset while solving user problems Troubleshooting of queries about the platform and how to move forward Document all conversations in a well-explained manner Coordinate with the internal teams to handle technical questions SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS Should be fluent in speaking in English/Hindi and writing in English Be able to document all conversations in an articulate manner Sales Mindset Should have the maturity to speak with brand managers/marketers/founders of different companies and explain to them about D+H offering PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Educational Qualification: Graduate Past experience in Marketing/Sales is preferred ABOUT US Disney+ Hotstar is India\'s leading streaming platform that has changed the way Indians watch their entertainment - from their favourite TV shows and movies to sporting extravaganzas.
