Project Management for Child parts Development.

Delivery Responsibilities

Interface with Business Unit and Purchasing organization for strategic and operational topics.

Global responsibility for pre-defined components, part family strategy aligned between BU and Purchasing.

Responsible for achievement of project goals (cost, quality, deadlines, budget)

Member of SE Teams

Coordination of SE work at supplier incl. Technical supplier discussion

Initiation and implementation of concept competition

Supervision of series production until EOP

Change Management coordination on purchasing side

Coordinating / driving Ratio projects on purchasing side, participating in RPP/Agile Teams

Providing and sharing feedback of experience / Lessons Learned / Good Practice

Qualifications

-Degree in Mechanical Engineering, IPE/IEM

- Professional experience in Purchasing, Manufacturing, Project Management and Quality desired
- Knowledge of the Product development process as well as technical manufacturing processes and cost calculations desired.
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- High degree of goal and result orientation
- Communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and assertiveness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Fluency in English is a must
- German knowledge would be an advantage

- 6-8 years of experience in Purchasing/Engineering/Manufacturing/Logistics
