Project manager - Techno-commercial specialization in Electronics / Electro Mechanical First point of contact for BU/Proxy for project/ for program Liaise and support work packages which includeslocalization & platform projects for Automotive business & Emerging business field (NBF)Liaise between CFT and business partner fortechno commercial activities ( Part of SE team ) Execute /implementation of Ratio projects (VA/VE)Ability to transfer technical requirements to supplierin alignment with engineering Managing complex project (Ex : Multi cultural, Complex supply chain, Multiple commodities) Single point of contact for BU\'s for purchasing activities. ( BP, CF\'s, etc.)Steer Global and Local SE meetings inCoordination with product engineering, business partners,lead plant and program managers for all projects. BOM Costing (Calculation, Nego. with business partners,target alignment with program management ) Representing Purchasing in QGs Supporting as interface between program management andpurchasing organization for strategic and organizational topics. Finding suitable component as per technical requirement fromelectronics supplier base/ Open market Coordination between commercial buyer, Supplier development,manufacturing & logistics team on administration, purchasing preparation and supplier development activities (Lean & ramp up taskforce). Input for supplier strategy to global commodity buyer and manager Coordination for taskforce with business partner andsupplier development team for improvement activities(Lean and ramp up) Support and coordinate the new initiatives in the department (Waste elimination, continues improvement & strategic topic ) Qualifications BE Mechanical or BE Electronics with 4 to 10 years of experience BE+MBA Finance preferred. Additional Information Deep knowledge on neutral data sheet Electronics supply chain risk management knowledge Electronics supplier/distributor base knowledge within India & globally Technical know how on active & passive components Basic technical know-how on manufacturing process i.e casting / plastic / electro-mechanical parts. Basic knowledge on raw material used & relevant source Understanding of MPN Know-how on zero based costing& discuss with PCB lead PMP certification Project management experience Technical know how on manufacturing processi.e. casting/plastics/electro-mechanical Good knowledge on SAP & other IT tools. Scrum master experience Good interpersonal skills Self-driven & motivated Strong communication & presentation skills Language skills: English, German (preferred) &local languages as added advantage Experience in agile project management skills
