Job Summary (purpose):

To be the project manager for all change projects for new product launches, design changes, Packaging changes for Colgate Palmolive products in India.

Liaising with and influencing internal stakeholders across functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Planning, Sourcing, Design, Plant, Legal, Consumer Marketing & Retail Marketing teams to implement changes across Brand SKUs.

Regular liaison with different agencies & internal team on deliverables to ensure adherence to project timelines, payment processing on new a/w development packaging, artwork changes from conception to final execution.

Holding & Leading Weekly Cross Functional meetings to track timelines on project and suggesting solutions if necessary to execute on time.

Track timelines for multiple projects with respective stakeholders, raise flags and lead corrective actions if needed.

Managing intelligence on competition products of competition across categories (includes indexing, evaluation & tabulation of prod samples & their info, quick internal consumer checks )

Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc.):

Person with Change Management Background with Project Management background, Good written and oral communication skills, Fluent in English & Hindi.

Preferred Requirements:

Previous experience in Project Management, Masters in Management or Bachelors in Engineering/ Commerce/ Arts with 5+ years of experience (and specific experience in project management).
