As the leading provider of Transportation Management Software (TMS), Asset Management Software (AMS), and Fleet Management Software (FMS) we are devoted to propelling companies in the trucking industry toward increased efficiency, lower costs and optimize operations. Primary Responsibilities Maintain the Production Readiness Policies and Procedures Maintain the Production Readiness Software Platforms Onboard teams to the Production Readiness processes Remediation for the vulnerabilities and regular patching of Windows/Linux OS platforms Maintain the top patching score by continuous monitoring and fix Includes creation of architecture diagrams, service description and operations runbook documentation Where applicable, train operations team to provide Level 1/2 support Focused around security, cost management, stability, and compliance Provide design and deployment assistance. Responsible for meeting SLAs related to application availability and response times to service requests, incidents, and problem resolution. Implement alert monitors following the client's defined strategy, and fine-tuning them to reduce alert fatigue on the team. Perform day-to-day server application management, monitoring,incident response/resolution and working with the customer application development and technical support teams to establish effective application monitoring and to identify application changes to improve operations. Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution of operational issues involving interaction between applications, server hardware/firmware/OS and storage by working with software developers, QA, and other engineers. Share 24 hrs on-call responsibilities. including weekends and off-hours. Other duties as assigned Desired Skills & Experience Superior interpersonal, excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Five or more years of experience in IT Three or more years of experience with AWS, including AWS Certification Windows system administration and scripting skills, such as shell, Powershell. Linux System administration and scripting skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Developing and supporting shared services Configuration management tooling, including Puppet,Amazon SSM,Ansible & Terraform Operations tooling, including Datadog, Sumo Logic, PagerDuty & Freshservice SAML integration and Active Directory / LDAP directory services Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Certification preferred.
