Job Description
-3-5 years of experience in managing Data Center Infrastructure & Applications support. -Resource should have Application Support as Primary skillset and Linux, Oracle as Secondary - Good to have Networking, SQL scripting -Experience in managing In frastructure in On-prem & Cloud (AWS, Azure) -Knowledge in SQL queries & basic networking knowledge -Experience in working incident & change managements for DC Infra & application support -Strong problem solving & diagnostic skills by identifying roo t cause of the problem -Experience in DC Infrastructure maintenance activities like Patching, Upgrade & other regular maintenance -Good understanding of 3 Tier application architecture & components -Experience in ITIL based operations & using ticketi ng tools like Jira, service-Now etc. -Good understanding about Datacenter Networking protocols like Routing, Load balancing, TCP IP, HTTP protocol etc. -hands On experience in monitoring platforms like Logic Monitor, New relic. -Open to work in 24x7s hifts -Experience working on Scripting .
