L1 Application Support # # Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems. # Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner. # Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue. # Prioritise multiple, open issues. # Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses. # Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions. # Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution. # Analys e application workflow to understand the issues sequentially # Help Level-3 and Devops support team for all deployments release changes # Create and Share meaningful reports on Incidents Handled and KPI#s # Action incidents within the specified K RA#s # Perform minor configuration issues based on available handbooks support documents. Additional Requirements # Strong English communication skills to interact with users globally. # Bachelor s degree in information technology, engineering, o r a related field. # 1-2 Years of Application Support experience. # Exposure to Banking Financial Applications preferred # Strong knowledge of IT service management skills including ITIL. # Experience working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, etc. # Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members. # Ability to analyse a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment. # Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills. .
