# Candidate should have 1 - 2 Years of Level-1 Application Support # Candidate should be ready to work in 24 7 Shifts # Monitor, maintain and administer a suite of business applications, data platforms, and associated systems to proactively identif y potential issues and prevent production impact # Provide application support, remote assistance technologies and through written communications # Triage, prioritize, diagnose and troubleshoot complex, end-user applications as well as data related issues and escalate to appropriate teams for bug fixes enhancements # Exposure to Industry standard Monitoring and ITSM Tools is an added advantage # Maintain SLA adherence by following established policies and procedure # Strong attention to det ail, sense of urgency, and willingness to learn # Quick thinking, analytical, organizational and strong troubleshooting skills # Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills with strong business acumen # Must demonstrate professionalism, diplo macy and be able to work with a variety of personalities # Active Listening - giving full attention to appropriate teams # Prioritize multiple, open issues. # Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses. # Follow best practices # Document a ctionable bugs for engineering resolution. # Analyze application workflow to understand the issues sequentially # Action incidents within the specified KRA#s # Perform minor configuration issues based on available handbooks support documents. # Exp erience working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira would be additional assistance # Time Management Skills.
