Experience:3-5 years The IT Customer Service role primary responsibility is to provide IT customer service for all corporate users. This position is responsible for all requests tasks from start to finish of end user lifecycle in organization. Stron g verbal communication, written documentation skills and coordination skills will be crucial as this position need management of Major Tasks. Responsibilities Service Desk Tasks management coordination and written documentation # Proven ability to complete tasks independently and under pressure. # Ability to communicate with individuals of various levels of technical knowledge # Demonstrated proficiency with desktops, laptops, iPad#s, iPhones, Androids and Blackberry handheld devices. # St rong analytical and organizational skills # Good attitude, positive, and willing to learn Technical Skills _Required (3 years) # Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system. # Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 36 5 Suite. # Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory # Demonstrated proficiency with desktops, laptops, iPad#s, iPhones, Androids and Blackberry handheld devices. # Strong communication, written documentation, and coordination skills # Have good knowledge about PC hardware and software in a mixed Windows network environment. # Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge and Experience # Relevant college degree and MS Professional or equivalent. # ITIL certification preferred # 2 years of progressive relevant experience in a corporate environment. # Excellent customer service, communication, and Written documentation skills. Must be willing to interact with members of the business and communicate effectively with IT De partment. # Excellent ticketing tools management such as Service Now. # Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members # Proven ability to complete tasks independently and under pressure. # Stro ng verbal communication and written documentation skills # Have Good knowledge about PC hardware and software in a mixed Windows network environment. # Capable of working under general direction- sometimes under stressful situations # Ability to wor.
