Job Description
- 3-5 years of experience in managing Data Center Infrastructure & Applications support. - Resource should have Application Support as Primary skillset and Linux with Virtualization (Secondary), Good to have Networking, RDBMS (Oracle) - Experience in managing Infrastructure in On-prem & Cloud ( Combination of Linux AWS) - Knowledge in SQL queries & basic networking knowledge - Strong problem solving & diagnostic skills by identifying root cause of the problem - Experience in DC Infrastructurem aintenance activities like Patching, Upgrade & other regular maintenance - Good understanding of 3 Tier application architecture & components - Experience in ITIL based operations & using ticketing tools like Jira, service-Now etc., working with inci dent & change management processes for DC Infra & application support - Good understanding about Datacenter Networking protocols like Routing, Load balancing, TCP IP, HTTP protocol etc. - Hands-on experience in monitoring platforms like Logic Monitor , NewRelic . - Open to work in 24x7 shifts - Knowledge in Scripting is a plus.
