Information Technology Manager
Job Description
Maintaining uptime of all software and hardware
Troubleshooting issues related to all hardware and software
Maintenance of anti - virus and ensuring that the anti - virus patches are regularly updated
Updating Operating system patches
Keeping track of license expiry
Maintaining data back-up of the entire end users of all crucial departments
Maintaining and pooling of software(s)
Managing the telecom technology (with vendor assistance)
Managing and maintaining passive networking
Managing internet services
Managing all documents related to IT department (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans, service reports)
Maintaining IT checklists on a regular basis
Asset tagging and tracking
Maintenance and regular updation of IT asset register and provide the same to the centre head and functional head.
Training endusers to manage the systems and services
Qualification
- University degree, majoring in IT, with relevant certificate(s).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position or in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English to meet business needs.
