Job Title: Fundraising Technology Manager or Online Platform Administrator Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization\'s fundraising technology platforms, including crowdfunding platforms, online donation systems, CRM software, and other digital fundraising tools.
• Ensure the smooth operation, functionality, and security of fundraising technology platforms.
• Implement and customize fundraising software to meet the organization\'s specific needs andgoals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement data management andreporting processes within the fundraising platforms.
• Train and support staff members on the effective use of fundraising technology platforms,including providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Monitor and analyze fundraising data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities foroptimization.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online fundraising revenue and engagement througheffective use of technology.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accurate data entry, integrity, andcompliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to integrate fundraising technologyplatforms with digital marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on emerging fundraising technologies and trends, evaluating their potentialimpact and making recommendations for adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to fundraising technology platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, implementing appropriate measures to safeguard donor information.
• Provide support during fundraising campaigns and events, including managing online donation processes, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile and report on fundraising revenues and donations received through online platforms.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and standards for online fundraising and technology management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in fundraising technology or database management are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing fundraising technology platforms, online fundraising systems, or related roles, preferably in the nonprofit sector or crowdfunding platforms.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in fundraising software, CRM systems, and online donation platforms.
• Knowledge of database management principles and experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with online fundraising strategies, techniques, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor technologyprojects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to effectively train and support staff members in using fundraising technology platforms.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA, and theirimplications for nonprofit organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders andexternal vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software and tools.
