At 3DS we thrive on challenges and we are looking for dynamic consultants to join our KL Services team to solve our customers\' puzzles using a combination of business analysis and software implementation activities. Support the customer in optimizing their business with the 3DS and DELMIA Quintiq Solution portfolio by demonstrating the product functionalities and contributing, through product expertise, to the solution implementation & deployment success. Role & Responsibilities . Interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation (e.g. Understand the customer\'s needs, challenge their process, and document the requirements) . Manage initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the customer . Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable) . Support end-users on the use of solutions . Ensure liaison between client and technical team to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client . Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability . Other implementation activities include testing, training, and custome r communication Qualifications/Experience . Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field . At least 5+ years of experience in similar role. . Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, and/or manufacturing environment a plus . Experience with Technology Implementation . Functional Consulting Experience a plus . DELMIA Quintiq Industry Knowledge a plus . Optimization Experience a plus . Change Management Skills . Effective Communication Skills, written and verbal . Time Management/Organizational Skills Cultural Knowledge and Sensitivity
