Shape your career with 3DS! #WeAre3DS The Challenges Ahead At 3DS we thrive on challenges and we are looking for dynamic consultants to join our KL Services team to solve our customers\' puzzles using a combination of business analysis and software implementation activities. Support the customer in optimizing their business with the 3DS and DELMIA Quintiq Solution portfolio by demonstrating the product functionalities and contributing, through product expertise, to the solution implementation & deployment success. What will your role be . Interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation (e.g. Understand the customer\'s needs, challenge their process, and document the requirements) . Manage initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the customer . Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable) . Support end-users on the use of solutions . Ensure liaison between client and technical team to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client . Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability . Other implementation activities include testing, training, and customer communication . Other implementation activities include testing, training, and customer communication Your Key Success Factors Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field At least 5+ years of experience in similar role. E xperience in Supply Chain, logistics, and/or manufacturing environment a plus Experience with Technology Implementation Functional Consulting Experience a plus DELMIA Quintiq Industry Knowledge a plus Optimization Experience a plus Change Management Skills Effective Communication Skills, written and verbal Time Management/Organizational Skills Cultural Knowledge and Sensitivity
