We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Training Coordinator - Learning Management System (LMS)

Position's General Duties and Tasks

Role Responsibilities:

• This position will work directly with the client to assist in their support of the Cornerstone onDemand (CSOD) learning management system (LMS). This role serves as an LMS subject matter expert to perform troubleshooting, learning content uploads, creating reports/analytics, and general administration support. The position requires that the candidate interact daily with clients and team members. In addition, this position will fulfill all day-to-day tasks in receiving and fulfilling all LMS administration tasks and requests received from the client. Response and fulfillment of tasks will be achieved within timeframes and during coverage hours pre-defined by the appropriate support and administration contracts with those clients.
  • Receive requests for LMS assistance from client company contacts, their help desk providers, end-users and other pre-determined audiences, such as third party intermediaries
  • Receive and perform LMS Administrator/Coordinator functions for the client. Those functions include but are not limited to:
    • Loading/creating courses in the LMS
    • Retiring courses in the LMS
    • User group creation and testing
    • eLearning course testing
    • Report creation and running
    • Manipulate and analyze report
    • Curriculum creation and testing
    • Assigning training to users
    • Modifying user groups
    • Removing training from users
    • Provide insight and input of system functionality
    • General LMS support

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System experience
• Strong problem solving, project management, time management, organization and prioritization skills.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Preferences:

• Compliance training experience in a pharmaceutical setting

Industry specific training experience (Healthcare, Life Science)
