NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an "Industry Consulting Consultant" to join our team in "Bangalore, India".

Client's business problem to solve?

o As a Business Consultant, within the Consulting Group, the person will be responsible for gathering the business requirements directly from our Customers. This person should be a subject matter expert with 5+ years of experience, having worked on complex assignments for Financial Institutions globally. o This person will work closely with Client Business/IT team & internal development teams and act as the Onsite Single Point of Contact for all queries. This person should possess a proven track record of Business Analysis, Consulting, requirements gathering, analysis, design, UAT etc.

Position's General Duties and Tasks In these roles you will be responsible for: o As an integral part of the NTT Data Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for leading the discussions with client from a Business perspective. o Responsible for leading High Level Business & Project Review Meetings for system modernization initiatives o Interacting with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc. o Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution o Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood o Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications o Review Test strategy & test specifications, assist in Functional testing and provide UAT/BAT support

Requirements for this role include: o 4-8 years of Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in. o Techno-Functional experience o Understanding of Agile methodology / experience o Experience in Use case Modeling, Creating use cases, workflow diagrams etc. o Experience in conducting UAT/BAT o Experience of working on System applications o Good communication skills with ability to lead domain discussions with customers o Engineering + MBA degree is preferred

Preferences: - Optional (nice-to-have's)

• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
• Commerce graduate with English as a compulsory subject Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 06:00pm IST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
