BUK & BX \xe2\x80\x93 All locations We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager. Introduction: The India QBR and Pillar Lead will support the CRES India leadership in rolling out the Quarterly Business Review reporting of our strategic site performance, as well as the implementation and running of the Pillar Outcomes. The India QBR and Pillar Lead will support the e2e project lifecycle that oversees the design of the new initiative and will support mobilising business led and key SME functions workstreams needed to deliver, including, Site Leads, Business Leads, Business Champions, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition, Talent, Development, DE&I, Sustainability, Workforce Planning, Location Strategy and CRES. The India QBR and Pillar Lead will work with the global lead for Site Alignment and Performance to ensure a consistent approach is taken to delivery and execution of the reporting of Site Performance (QBR) and the implementation of the Pillar Outcomes ( Given the size, scale and complexity of the site leadership agenda, the holder will also have senior stakeholder responsibilities and manage the coordination of relationships throughout the, implementation and execution of performance reporting, comfortably negotiating, influencing and challenging senior leaders. What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for: The India QBR and Pillar Lead will support overseeing the delivery of multiple aspects, ensuring they achieve the outcomes to plan:

  • Ensure deliverables are governed with the appropriate control, structures and commercial focus.
  • Follow the appropriate reporting and escalation mechanisms to enable decision-making to ensure the successful delivery to cost, control and quality.
  • Ensuring that India QBR and Site Pillars align with global standards.
  • Ensure India requirements are fed into the global approach to QBR reporting and Pillar Outcomes.
  • Partnering with the Business Leads, Site Leads, Workstream and Working Group Leads.
  • Create an environment of effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Challenge status quo of inefficiencies that impact ability to achieve success.
  • Ensuring any risks, issues or assumptions against benefits must be outlined.
  • Delivery in line with Policies and Standards.
Skills that will help you in the role :
  • Graduate/MBA in any discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 PPT, Excel, Work & Visio
  • Understanding of Data Management Principles. Experience in MI Reporting and Visualisation tools will be an advantage
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and work robustly with others to identify issues and develop proposed solutions
  • Extensive experience of managing stakeholders directly & indirectly and across geographies & cultures, including presenting to senior leaders, supporting and providing robust challenge where appropriate.
  • Commercially astute, demonstrates a consultative, yet pragmatic approach with integrity to solving issues, focusing on areas of significance and value to the business.
