Role Summary The Supply Management group is looking for an experienced RAN Deliveries Director APAC, India, Africa, and ME to build and maintain an integrated delivery plan, identify dependencies, and support critical objectives. This role serves as the focal point for all Supply Chain Management activities for the Radio Access Network, ensuring timely deliverables while maintaining a high level of internal stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires daily collaboration with the Supply Chain Counterparts, Sales and Operations, Product Development, and OEM Suppliers. Key Responsibilities Lead RAN customer delivery projects. Define project scope and objectives. Review with Internal stakeholders and determine requirements, strategies, and changes in directions. Creates and maintains project schedule including action items, scheduling, budget, and risk assessment to ensure on-time deliveries. Manages and Mitigates Project Dependencies. Develop and implement sourcing and vendor strategies for RAN sites deployments including distribution centers. Negotiate and run RFPs for RAN projects site activities Closely collaborates with Operations, Procurement, Sales Team, and Logistics to support on-time delivery. Closely collaborates with NPI and R&D on BOM accuracy. Coordinates material due dates with Vendors and Procurement to support project timelines. Coordinates and schedules shipments with warehouse personnel and 3rd party system integrators. Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be organized and have exceptional problem-solving and planning skills Experience in RAN project deliveries. Technical knowledge of Radio Access Network. Understanding of ORAN and 5G Radio architecture is highly desired. Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management or related degree required Persuasive and influential. Able to communicate effectively to disparate audiences, working level/technical to executive level. Financial and Business acumen.
