Description: Description This role focussed on GCC (Global Capability Centers) domain - helping to shape country strategy as part of GlobalLogic\'s ongoing digital transformation locally, with three goals - To lead and evolve our digital transformation, to build the best-in-class customer ecosystem and to create and share our Digital Transformation story. The leader works closely with the partner business/strategy team and core leadership team of Globallogic, to input to the design and landing of a wide range of field implementation projects in support of our overall go-to-market with key global Partners and customers thereof. The role must successfully sell into and develop CXO relationships across various businesses and departments while managing complexity due to the global aspects of the customer relationship and effectual teaming with numerous internal teams around the world. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining a global strategy for the assigned relationship in the regions, for continuously reinforcing our solution / service play and driving solution sales with partners at all levels. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or related field is required, MBA preferred. Job Requirements: . Professional technology sales and business development executive with a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience. . Proven track record of exceeding sales targets experience selling strategic technology, business consulting, or strategic services to the appropriate executive contacts within BFSI. . Track record of proactively approaching, opening and managing complex, multi-year, multi-tier deals with BFSI companies proven and quantifiable record of aggressively growing sales and exceeding quotas, with deal sizes in the range of $1M - 10M. . Superior contract negotiation skills good at negotiating win-win agreements at the senior executive-levels. . Experience in and deep understanding of BFSI is required. . Experience in selling differentiated, strategic, services is a significant plus. . Good working knowledge of the regulatory environment is a plus. Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities: . Develop and lead a sales strategy and account plan for Strategic & Target Accounts the most important success factors for this position are strategic deals at new logos and rapid growth at existing accounts. . Identify key relationships and decision makers in the market segment necessary to build new strategic revenue streams. . Develop new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking follow up from company generated leads. . Maintain a visible presence with targeted firms and personally close key deals. Achieve aggressive sales and profit targets. . Achieve high levels of customer acceptance and satisfaction, resulting in the renewal of contracts. . Continue to grow strategic accounts through executive relationships, technology and business leadership, and company alignment. . Collaborate with the delivery organization & other internal functions to ensure proper fulfillment of Company\'s obligations under the contracts with customers, specifically in the areas of quality, schedule and budget. . Monitor client satisfaction and assist in problem escalation and resolution. . Provide accurate sales forecasts maintain accurate and timely contact and sales pipeline information. . Leverage market knowledge and customer feedback to enhance GlobalLogic strategy, positioning, solutions, and marketing efforts. . Stay abreast of marketing trends and business drivers and the corresponding technology solutions required. . Function as a creative, effective leader both within and outside the company, demonstrated by actions and results.
