India Digital Client Partner Lead is a thought leader, representing Pfizer commercial in all Digital and Information Technology activities. Your leadership skills will help define Digital Strategy or tactical direction and roadmap that will maximize the value of Pfizer Digital investments that will bring positive outcomes for our business and patients.

As a Digital Client Partner Lead, you are a subject matter expert and leverage your knowledge of the industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic digital initiatives for the Biopharma business division. Your ability to interpret your division\'s strategy will establish priorities that support and set long-term digital technology and direction for the division. Your managerial skills will help us manage and lead digital resources in the country.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Primary point of contact for CM and leadership team on digital and technology engagement, act as the advisor on digital and technology topics and trends, identifies opportunities that could be fulfilled with internal Pfizer Digital capabilities or external innovation partners.
  • Work closely with the Patient and Healthcare Experience Studio Lead for the implementation of the transformation strategy regarding the market\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Experience (CX) centred GTM model
  • Be a proactive thought leader, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovative use of technology, data, and/or digital (existing, new) to create value and superior experiences for stakeholders.
  • Drive & lead the digital vision for the country, working with leaders to execute digital transformation in the country.
  • Create cost/benefit business case(s), with business sponsors and input from appropriate Pfizer Digital groups, to meet division/function needs and Bold Move priorities.
  • Partner with the country stakeholders and appropriate Pfizer Digital groups to manage the successful execution of the strategy, including solution delivery, business adoption and business case achievement
  • In partnership with the business leads and Studio Lead to drive value using data & digital technologies through relationships with local government, 3rd parties & partners to shape pro-innovation, pro-patient policy and experience.
Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management
  • Exhibit a high level of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Business knowledge and understanding of the evolving Healthcare Professional and Patient digital landscape, challenges and need, external HealthTech, MedTech marketplace and anticipates business priorities
  • Deep understanding of analytics tools and understanding of where and when to apply them
  • Strong people management experience
  • Strong and collaborative service provider and business partner orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, being a good communicator (both written & verbal) with the ability to inspire colleagues
  • Proven ability to manage financial goals, both in own area and in support of a larger entity
Nice-to-Have
  • Masters\xe2\x80\x99 Degree
  • IT Service Management qualifications, e.g., ITIL
  • Agile Methodology experience
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Digital & Technology is a 7x24x365 operation. This role may require occasional physical or virtual participation on weekends, holidays, or after normal business hours.
  • Some travel may be required \xe2\x80\x93 less than 10%
