Alight Solutions is looking for a Campus Recruiter (Mumbai/ Hyderabad, India)

We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates. Campus Recruiter responsibilities include attending and hosting college career days, building effective internship programs and evaluating junior candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities. Responsible for Leading Campus Hiring for Pan India

The primary purpose of the Job is to design and implement structured campus hiring and engagement initiatives across Campuses to build our brand and attract the best available talent. It involves managing the hiring process end to end to bring in the best talent across select B Schools in India. Other roles and responsibilities include managing the employer branding for programs on social media/website management and managing Careers and Movements. Campus compensation benchmarking and rewards management in partnership with businesses are additional core responsibilities of this job.

In this role you will....

  • Create and execute a Campus Strategy for Alight Solutions, India.
  • Partner with business leaders on driving campus hiring initiatives, mapping out headcount, and confirming team and location placement of fungible university hires.
  • Showcase your passion for campus talent acquisition and delivering a world-class candidate.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to travel to all campus locations as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Some weekends and evenings are required.
  • Partnering with the Strategic Market Units, Business units, Corporate Functions to drive requirements' fulfilment
  • Responsible for market intelligence and market mapping within the scope of work.
  • Jointly responsible for innovation & process excellence oversight with the team.
  • Creating and managing hiring strategies, channels, timelines and deliverables for summer internship and Premier hiring program across Tie 2 & Tier 1 schools in India
  • Understanding and knowledge of curriculum, market trends, competitor best practices, and relationships with colleges and universities (including faculty, administrators, career centres, student groups, etc.).
  • Own and participate in intern program activities to maintain candidate engagement that results in higher conversion of interns
  • Leverage functional expertise, industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campuses.
  • Ensuring quality of hire and hiring the Cornerstone way
  • Ensuring Candidate and Manager Experience.
  • Assist with our continued company branding efforts and contributing in Campus branding initiatives
  • Facilitate & Coordinate candidate online assessment, interview, offer Initiation, BGV and
  • Onboarding Processes.
  • Handling post campus activities (audit of trainee documents, updating portals/trackers etc.)
You've Got What It Takes If You Have...
  • 2+ years' experience of strong campus recruiting experience in an IT services/Analytics/Tech companies.
  • Experience in high volume recruitment processes and/or understanding of the graduate recruitment
  • Successfully managed recruitment events/career fairs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with several stakeholders.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools - Advanced Excel Power Point.
  • Flexible for extensive travels as per business needs
Internal Applications:

Required tenure in the current role: 24 months as on today.
