Working as part of the India HR Advisor team, and reporting to the In-Country HR Lead India, this role is playing a significant part in creating a future focused organization and drive our people agenda at Finastra.


The In-Country HR Advisor role will be a mixture of hands on delivery as well as implementation of people strategy and projects and will add value to the business through improving the HR offering and site engagement, building effective relationships with key stakeholders.


The position is based in Bangalore, India.


Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables as In-Country HR Advisor for India will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• 
  Participating in organizational reviews and change processes together with Global HR Business Partners
• 
  Make sure we are compliant with local labor laws where we operate
• 
  Manage Employee Relations activities to deliver the best possible outcomes for the organization while working within employment legislation, policies, and practices
• 
  Act as advisor for local management and team leads providing advice in HR related questions, policies, procedures, legislation
• 
  Participate in creating comprehensive and integrated policies, processes, and procedures
• 
  Drive and participate in initiatives to improve management and employee communication
• 
  Deliver ongoing HR projects and employee engagement activities
• 
  Build and maintain collaborative relationships with wider HR teams

• 
  3+ years of HR Generalist or Advisor or Business Partnering exp working experience
• 
  Knowledge and experience of HR best practices and principles
• 
  Strong work ethics, ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
