Job purpose
The role is responsible for acting as the first point of contact for providing coaching and advice to people managers to support in managing their teams.
This role will support HR Managers and HRBP's in the delivery of COE and business change programmes to ensure they run effectively at a site level. This will involve implementing HR initiatives, establishing and implementing people/resourcing plans and organisational structures, local employee relations and talent management planning.
