AMD together we advance_ Incident Management THE ROLE: In this role, you\'ll be part of an Incident Management team helping to lead the IT Incident Management process by coordinating and managing the response to high priority incidents to resolution. You will be managing the priority calls and working with various teams to ensure the incident is resolved in a timely and effective manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Overseeing the incident Management process and team members involved in resolving the incident. Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the team members required to attend the call, and initialting the incident management process. Logging all incidents within the Incident Mangement System and their resolution or workaround. Ensure timely communication of incidents to stakeholders. Maintain Service Level Agreements are adhered to during the managment of the incident. The root cause or workaround of each incident in identified and documented. Capturing any lessons learned to help improve the incident respoinse process, PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management software including ITIL. Excellent communication skillset, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple teams under pressure. Strong problem solving, analytical, and time managment skills. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. At least three years\' experience working in IT Service Management, or a similar role. #LI-NF1 Benefits offered are described: .
