Role : Incident Management Experience : 2.6+ years Location : Hyderabad Work : Contract - Work from Office Notice Period : Immediate/ serving till 15 days Budget : Max 6.5 LPA Company : Wipro This is 24*7 support. Rotational shift job. Note : Candidates should have PF deductions in their current company : Skills: Incident Management - Analysis of Incidents, Match with known Error, referencing to known workarounds if any and provide quick first line fix. Experience on configuration Management on Basic SOP\'s Must have Experience of Cloud Fundamentals Experience on the monitoring dashboards and highlight if any issues like node down or if any micro services are going down. Resources should coordinate with multiple teams to identify the issue and conclude on RCA As part of incident management, liaise with relevant IT Team (TIG, Network, Hardware, Cloud Admin etc.) to close any hardware or network related issues. If not resolved, then send it to the respective L2 team to further analyze them. Daily checklist, tasks, day to day operational calls to be performed by the resources Service window 24 X 7 (the coverage of individual roles will be discussed with Customer BTO team and resources will be deployed accordingly.)
