Job Description
Responsible for FEM and fatigue simulation of hydraulic components. Analysis and optimization of design using static structural FEM simulation and technical report preparation. Independent handling of simulations as a part of international simulation team. Verification of FEM results against analytical, experimental data. Participation in simulation reviews. Plan, Maintain, track quality & on time delivery metrics for simulation work packages via web-based application like Azure DevOps Server. Support standardization, harmonization and documentation of calculations, methodologies, including working procedures. Qualifications B. Tech. / M. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Must have: Knowledge of structural mechanics and fatigue assessment according to international standards, e.g., FKM Guideline. Knowledge of numerical modeling and methods. Knowledge of software e.g., Abaqus, FEMFAT, Creo parametric, Ansys. Experience with simulation of machined/cast components. Advantage with: Domain knowledge of hydraulic valves
