• Engineering series support to production for hydraulic vane pumps
• Localization support for components of the vane pumps
• Changes and creation of part list, BOMs and material masters in SAP
• 3D model and drawing creation in Creo
• Verification and testing of the vane pump prototype
• Implementation of engineering document change requests with ECR

Qualifications

• B.E. / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience from Hydraulics industries

Required skill sets / expertise:

• Know-how of Hydraulic Vane pump
• Software expertise: Creo - Modelling, assembly, drawing of machined parts
• Experience in design of machined components & knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
• Experience in material selection on various components as per functional requirement
• Knowledge of FMEA, tolerance analysis
• Good Communication and collaboration skills

Will be considered as advantage having exposure of:

• Know-how of hydraulic valves and components
• Structural FEM knowledge.
• SAP and PDM knowledge.
• Casting design
