The primary expectation of this role is to implement Robotic Process Automation. Automation Consulting experience for Design, Develop and Deploying Bot Solutions for Customers.

Primary Skills

• Good understanding of RPA Business requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience on RPA Tools (A360/Power Automate/UiPath/Blue Prism)
• Good knowledge of RPA Development lifecycle
• Organize meetings with Customer to gather the Business requirements
• Perform Feasibility analysis of the requirement and report the outcome
• Expertise in preparing Solution Design document and Bot Development
• Perform UAT for the requirement given by the Customer
• Deploy the developed Bot in Production environment and complete the Bot onboarding
• Prepare Test cases based on the steps involved in the Bot Process
• Perform Root cause analysis and Troubleshooting for the deployed Bots
• Identify and implement Performance and Continuous improvement for the deployed Bots
• Excellent Problem-solving and Communication skills
• Prepare Solution Document post Bot deployment
• Excel Automation, Web applications, SAP

Completed RPA Certifications Good to have - Python, VB Script, PowerShell

Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech or MCA

• Education: Graduated in area of business/technical IT or provide a comparable education level or experience from previous job roles.
• Personality: Excellent interpersonal competencies for relationship building, employee coaching and skill development, strong communication skills to share information and insights on impacts of technology shifts and emerging technologies.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to share information and insights on impacts of technology shifts and emerging technologies as well as able to present in front of Executive Management.
• Leadership: Leadership competencies and business insight to develop a highly skilled workforce. Ability to motivate and enable experts to add value to products, services and solutions by work successfully in virtual teams and drive continuous and lifelong learning.
• Experience: International experience would also be a plus. Prior experience of having led a team of IT specialists beneficial.
• Knowledge: Intercultural skills to foster open and trustworthy international collaboration, strong collaboration skills to work with peers across multiple regions with a drive to harmonize topics/initiatives across the globe.
• Languages: Fluent English and German is plus.
