As an Information & Automation Analyst, you would:

Design automation process flows, have processes designed with LEAN, Design Thinking components and support teams to simplify and reengineer processes before automation

Co-ordinate with DevOps team to delivery automation solutions and perform UATs

Bring together cross functional data across finance, supply chain, marketing, customer development, sustainability etc. to enable automation across the Unilever Business Groups, Business Units and countries

Work in a dynamic environment, play a key role in implementing automation with Next Gen automation tools

Endeavour to present cross functional insights with simplicity at its core, using impactful visualization

Encounter multiple opportunities to leverage advanced techniques to automate existing reporting processes, thereby increasing the speed and quality of insights

Work across a rich cross-cultural team with diverse set of skills and build a rewarding career with continuous learning opportunities

Key responsibilities:

Present the automation designs in Gate Control calls with design expert and DevOps team

Update trackers & share status with automation lead on regular basis

Responsible for adherence to Unilever Control and compliance policies

Translate data into actionable insights by leveraging data analytics & automation techniques

Be a team player working as an embedded part of a dynamic/diverse team with multi-skilled individuals

Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to drive the required changes with an agile mindset

Focus on execution & Optimize outputs from the team by working in a hybrid environment of Unilever & Partners

Develop subject matter expertise/technical acumen in focussed functional/techno-functional areas. Invest in capability development with a continuous learning mindset

Practice LEAN, Agile and Design Thinking methodology across D&A I&AF and share knowledge with larger teams

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would be an aspiring 'data & analytics' professional with a passion for automation and a drive to unlock capacity and be front runner in implementing Next Gen automation tools. They would be a wonderful team player bringing in techno-functional skills to win in a future fit Unilever. They would have a passion for business intelligence, data and emerging technologies required to deliver world class data diagnostics & insights' solutions, powered by automation.

Minimum 2 years' experience in Information Operations & Automation, Business Intelligence, reporting, dashboarding or in the technical development domain with

Strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential business information.

Passion for delivering service excellence; and developing a culture of "easy to do business with", where customer's needs are anticipated and met.

Ability to handle and understand complex data and converting the same into visually appealing and informative reports with the use of analytical techniques.

Highly analytical mind-set with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, problem solve and resolve issues while driving simplification and continuous improvement.

Brings the voice of the customer into everything we do

Azure, Python, Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint skills would be an added advantage

Education

Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant technical/functional domain with some corporate experience
