Position Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, your strong software/product knowledge will help our customers to get the best out of their Autodesk AEC products, put innovative solutions into real world practice. You will analyze existing workflows and processes in the context of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s business and project goals. Working with key business unit stakeholders and project teams, you will assist in defining new workflows, configuring software, training users, and mentoring project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of existing workflows and processes
• Knowledge of Autodesk products like Revit, Dynamo, Generative Design, BIM 360, ACC
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
• Knowledge of Autodesk Platform Services (Autodesk Forge)
• Knowledge on BIM workflows and industry standards
• Process definition, planning, and implementation of new technologies and workflows
• Provide coaching, change management to customers (external & partners
• Provides innovate solutions to meet customer and industry challenges based on Autodesk product solutions
• Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers
• Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows
• Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use cases
• Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer requirements
• Define migration approach of customer data and standards into Autodesk products
• Collaborates with customers (external), partners and internal stakeholders consulting groups (internal) to resolve technical issues
• Provides feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvements
• Provide coaching and mentoring to customers to drive adoption and consumption
• Provide coaching and mentoring to partners to enable the scalable delivery of packages service offerings
• Provide input to sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization
• Contributes task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work as well as scope clarification with customers
• Occasional travel may be required

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamo, Generative Design
• Knowledge and experience with Autodesk Platform Services (Autodesk Forge)
• Industry experience: Building, Infrastructure, and/or Construction
• Minimum 8 years+ relevant experience (although the preference would be for 10 years)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven skills in advanced computational design
• Experience with Generative Design for AEC
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture and Structure would be a plus
• Experience with other products of Autodesk\xe2\x80\x99s Portfolio is a plus
• Advanced degree (MS, Ph.D.) would be a plus

Salary is one part of Autodesk\xe2\x80\x99s competitive package. Offers are based on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience and geographic location.
