Currently, We are looking for the Zoho Implementation Consultant - Zoho Developer in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

/ Duties & Responsibilities / Skills:
 
Looking for an experienced & certified Zoho Implementation Consultant. This engagement includes multiple sub-projects & continuous support engagement.

You will be required to engage in new customization, troubleshoot and fix the issues in customization. Has to be a technical voice for us while discussing with Zoho support.

Should be a good communicator as he/she will be interacting with other teams on a regular basis.

Requirement:

1. 3+ years of development experience is required with strong coding skills.

2. Should have extensive working knowledge using Low-Code platform Zoho Creator.

3. Experience customizing Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expenses, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk,

4. Be able to customize & configure Zoho Backstage, Zoho Invoice, and integrate with 3rd party applications.

5. Experience in creating/troubleshooting/configuring Webhooks & Workflows, and Forms in the various module.

6. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.

7. Has worked in Agile / Scrum framework and is well versed with sprint rituals.

Core Role Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of production systems.

2. Building new environments for production, development, and test.

3. Understand & Keep all the environmental / system up to date, patching and upgrading branches as required.

4. System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.

5. Engage in new customization, troubleshoot and fix the issues in customization. Has to be a technical voice for us while discussing with Zoho support.

Relevant Experience: 1-3 Years

NOTE: Work From Office only.

Job/Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Salary Offered: 30k - 40k pm / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.
