Looking for educated, smart, and intelligent candidates for the position of Immigration Counselor. A pleasing personality with extraordinary counseling and sales skills and with command of English is required. Previous experience in the same field would be preferred. • Providing expert advice to clients on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clear information on Permanent Residence Visas, Temporary Residence Visas, Student Visas, Short term Visa.
• Provide advisory and support services to clients.
• The inside sales executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process
• Following up on leads. creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Interacting with clients to solve their queries related to the process.
• Proficiency in MS office and CRM software. Excellent communication skills
• Managing and responding to inbound leads via telephone, and email.
• Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates & their family make an educated choice & the right decision.
• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.
• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs
• Must be able to provide adequate information and offer solutions where necessary. Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
